One step closer to my first Million.

Today is the Day......

.... that I made my first deal.

After being contracted on the 2nd Dec, this is the first deal that I have closed. Though not much, hopefully this will be the start of a exciting career, or rather I shld say a good start to my own business.

A lot of my friends and family told me to get a more reliable job instead of relying on this 'thank-less' job, but, after getting into this line, I grew more and more interested. As THIS line is the line that can help people, help my friends. It doesn't matter that u can have a monthly income of $3000, at the end of the day, how much can u save? How long do u need to save in order for your lump sum to be enough?

Right now, I have made provision so that anything happen to me, a large part of my medical expenses will be paid by my insurance instead from my saving acct. Besides that, I have made my idle CPF money work harder by investing them.

I have managed my finances, and made provision for my family.

A new war.....

Hmmm...... recently other than my fight against fats (which have not been very successful, current weight is 81kg, but I would assure you, I weigh myself after a VERYYYYYYYY heavy meal), I have been engage in a fight in a totally different realm.... that of Maplestory.



Hehe , started playing it over the last few days, now reached level 13 liao... so hai hao lah...

My new Resolution - To update my Blog more often

Hehe, its been a long while tat I updated my blog.

A quick update:

- Passed both theory exams for my Class 3, now trying to fit in Practical lessons so that I can get my licence by hopefully June 2005.

- Passed all 3 Financial exams set by Singapore Colleage of Insurance, but then still got 2 more, haiz.... : (

- And finally, ladies and gentlemen, I am now a full fledged financial advisor with AIA.

(All this is actually old info, but just a quick updating lah)

Latest Update on the War against My Fats

Recently just bought a digital weighing machine, and I think it must be the most horrible and evil device ever made. With it I could tell at a glance my exact weigh down to 2 decimal point, where-else previously I would need to squint and my mind would be in a permanent state of denial, 'that scale can't be accurate'.....


Those days were gone.


Well, as they say, Pain is the awareness of Life. And it damn painful to start training up again.
Last measured on 12 Sep, I am at 80.4kg, quite bad for a 1.79m guy.
My goal is to shed 2kg by 01 Oct, I am not that ambitous...

First Post

Hmm.... this is my first post to my blog, so let's have a quick update for my life so far.

I was a regular in the SAF Armour for 5 years, now I have decided to leave the Force, not because I have found greener pasture in the civilised world, but rather is because I feel that I have completed a phase of my life, and now is time to move on to another phase and learn new things in a new environment. (wow, that's a mouthful, well as scientists point out, we write as we talk, so you should have a rough idea already...)

Right now I am enjoying the sensation of bumming around... quite shiok actually. Also this is the time for me to link up with old friends, so gals and guys, get a few days ready.
